Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and educational tours of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

• Lead safe day hikes and scenic drives, adapting to guest interests and physical abilities.

• Ensure guest comfort and safety for a memorable experience.

• Adapt to changing weather and altitudes with a positive, flexible attitude.

• Represent Obsidian Expeditions with professionalism and passion.

• Contribute to our social media campaigns and product development efforts.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CPR, First Aid & ServSafe certifications and pass a Medical Exam.

• Ability to drive 9–10 hours/day on both paved and unpaved roads and hike up to 5 miles daily.

• Experience in customer service and working independently in dynamic environments.

• Must possess a clean driving record and pass a Lexis Nexis background check.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, engaging guests of all ages.

• A good sense of humor, patience, and dependability.

• Must have secure housing in the Greater Bozeman Area.
