This is a high-touch, private road-based adventure across Utah's "red rock crescent," pairing iconic national park scenery with sunrise hikes, scenic byways, and curated local experiences. You'll watch the desert wake up from the trail, then pivot into comfortable afternoons with time to recover — hot tubs, pools, a proper meal, and a little shopping — so the trip stays adventurous without feeling like a forced march. Geographically, the route moves from the Wasatch Front into the Colorado Plateau, a landscape built by ancient seas, uplift, and relentless erosion. Tour Start & End Points

The tour begins at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) at noon on Day 1, and ends with a drop-off at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas on Day 8. Book a Las Vegas flight no later than noon for a comfortable departure.

Accommodations

Seven nights of hotel accommodations are included. Hotels include Hoodoo Moab (Curio Collection by Hilton) and Cliffrose Springdale (Curio Collection by Hilton), among others depending on availability at booking.

Meals

Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are included daily. Most dinners are guest-paid at local restaurants; your guide will offer recommendations each evening.

National Park Entry Fees

National Park entrance passes are not included. We recommend purchasing an America the Beautiful Annual Pass in advance — it covers all five parks and is a great value for multi-park visits. Your guide can advise on purchasing options.

Group Size & Physical Requirements

Maximum 8 guests per tour. This tour is designed for adults in reasonable fitness; several hikes involve early starts and elevation gain. Specific hike distances and difficulty are discussed at booking.

Availability & What to Bring

Tour departs in fixed windows: April 23–30, May 28–June 4, and June 3–10. Bring layered clothing (desert temperatures vary widely), sturdy hiking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, a small daypack, and a camera.
