Pick-Up Times & Locations

We provide convenient pick-up services from hotels, vacation rentals, or a location of mutual agreement. Start times are thoughtfully adjusted to optimize wildlife viewing opportunities and natural lighting for photography.

Approximate Pick-Up Times:

• 6:30 AM – Jackson, Teton Village, Wilson, and surrounding areas

• 7:00 AM – West Yellowstone, MT

• 7:30 AM – Moran, Buffalo Valley, Jackson Lake Lodge, and Colter Bay Marina

Please allow a 5–10 minute grace window for your guide’s arrival, as road conditions and wildlife sightings can affect travel times.
If your pick-up location isn’t listed, give us a call and we’ll work with you to arrange a mutually convenient meeting point.

Please note: Groups larger than 15 guests will require an additional guide and vehicle to ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience.
