Please allow a 5–10 minute grace window for guide arrival, as wildlife crossings and road construction may impact travel times.
During your intake call, we’ll confirm your preferred loop—Upper or Lower—so we can align pick-up timing, routing, and logistics accordingly. If your desired pick-up location isn’t listed, give us a call—we’re happy to coordinate a convenient meeting point.
Please note: For groups larger than 15 guests, an additional guide and vehicle will be required to ensure comfort, safety, and the highest quality experience.
